Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and taste to everything we put out. This role goes beyond execution. It is about ensuring our content and communication feel intentional, consistent, and culturally relevant without becoming predictable or overproduced. You will work closely with the founders, shaping how the brand shows up across visuals, copy, and content systems, while staying deeply aware of cultural, national, and global shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the brand’s visual and communication language
- Develop a distinctive aesthetic for content with a minimal, high-intent approach
- Plan and drive consistent content output and storytelling
- Own the content calendar and ensure everything goes out on time, every time
- Conceptualise and guide campaigns and launches
- Translate product, philosophy, and culture into clear, compelling ideas
- Track and interpret global and Indian cultural shifts, and turn them into relevant, original work
- Build and manage content calendars with strong execution discipline
- Collaborate closely with marketing and media teams
- Manage and mentor creative team members across design and content
- Ensure all output aligns with brand positioning and business goals
- Bring clarity and structure while keeping the work original
- Write and oversee copy across campaigns, scripts, and captions
- Ensure the work balances strong aesthetics with meaning and perspective
What We’re Looking For
- A strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and taste
- Ability to think in ideas and translate them into execution
- Clear, sharp communication and copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of social media and evolving formats
- Awareness of cultural shifts, both global and Indian
- Ability to distinguish between trend-following and original thinking
- Experience in creative, brand, or content-led roles
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
