Role Summary
Own the strategy, positioning, and growth of in-house watch brands at JUST IN TIME.
This role is responsible for transforming in-house brands into recognized, scalable brand portfolios within a competitive multi-brand retail environment. You are not managing SKUs. You are building brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Define positioning for each brand
- Identify target consumer segments and price architecture
- Build and evolve long-term brand narratives
Product & Merchandising
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and product teams
- Define seasonal product roadmaps
- Approve design direction and category expansion
- Ensure strong commercial viability of collections
Go-To-Market
- Plan and execute launch calendars
- Develop campaign briefs in collaboration with the marketing team
- Align retail merchandising and in-store display strategies
Performance Ownership
- Track sales performance, sell-through, and margins
- Identify hero products and underperforming SKUs
- Drive growth strategies across categories
Distribution Strategy
- Define in-store placement and brand visibility
- Build elevation strategies within a multi-brand retail environment
- Explore and expand online distribution opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management (fashion, accessories, watches, or lifestyle)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong product sensibility
- Experience working with sourcing or manufacturing teams
- Ability to balance creativity with margin discipline
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Clear positioning established for each brand
- Hero products identified and successfully scaled
- Improved margin contribution
- Seamless execution of launch calendar
- Strong in-store brand visibility and elevation
