We’re hiring a Brand Manager at Jimmy’s 👀
This is not a traditional “sit in one lane” brand role. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, hungry to learn, proactive, and excited by the idea of building alongside a fast-growing startup. Someone who enjoys ownership, solves problems before being asked, and wants to grow alongside the brand.
You’ll work closely with the founder across different parts of the business, helping keep things moving across teams, vendors, and day-to-day operations.
Your core responsibilities would include:
• Cross-team coordination & execution tracking
• Vendor & packaging coordination
• Reporting, trackers & business coordination
• Supporting day-to-day operations across the business
• B2B coordination & follow-ups
• Marketplace / operational coordination where needed
While each function has its own owners, we’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding how different parts of a business work together not just their own role. Someone detail-oriented, dependable, communicative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. But you should be eager to figure things out, take initiative, and learn quickly.
1–3 years of experience preferred, but not mandatory
Startup / D2C / consumer brand exposure is a bonus
