Brand Manager
Department: Marketing
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and future-ready Brand Manager to drive brand growth, market relevance, and impactful consumer engagement across channels. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, consumer insight, creativity, and digital-first execution to build a strong and differentiated brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute brand plans aligned to business goals.
- Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and consumer preference.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive gaps.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Understand consumer behaviour and category trends.
- Translate insights into campaigns, communication, and innovation.
Marketing & Communication
- Lead integrated campaigns across Digital, Social, Retail, ATL, BTL, Influencer, PR, and E-commerce.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across touchpoints.
- Work closely with agencies for impactful execution.
Digital & Performance Alignment
- Support growth through digital, SEO, CRM, and marketplace channels.
- Performance Marketing understanding
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- AI tools for marketing productivity
Product Launches & Retail Presence
- Support new product launches with strong GTM plans.
- Ensure strong brand presence across retail and online channels.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Agencies, and Leadership teams.
- Drive timely execution with agility and quality.

Experience & Qualification
