Role Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving Helios India’s brand growth and marketing performance across digital and partner channels. The role involves end-to-end execution of campaigns, content, ecommerce excellence, CRM communication, and strategic planning, while managing a small in-house creative team and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas
1) Brand Strategy & Execution
● Develop brand positioning, communication frameworks, and value propositions
● Plan integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
● Ensure brand governance and identity consistency across all platforms
● Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities
2) Content Creation for Ads & Platforms
● Own the complete content pipeline for website ads and paid campaigns
● Brief and guide internal designers for performance creatives
● Oversee creation of:
○ Ad creatives
○ UGC videos
○ Product demonstration videos
○ Social media content
● Review and approve all scripts and creatives produced in-house and by agencies
3) Influencer Management Oversight
● Plan influencer collaborations and partnerships
● Track agency and content creator deliverables
● Evaluate and approve influencer content before publishing
● Maintain performance checks on influencer campaigns
4) Website & App Merchandising
● Manage monthly refresh of:
○ Homepage banners
○ Collection banners
○ Announcement bars
● Optimize product pages for better conversions
● Work with app/website vendors for improvements and fixes
5) Marketplaces (Amazon and Others)
● Drive marketplace listing upgrades and launches
● Own A+ content creation and image refresh cycles
● Conduct bi-weekly and monthly reviews with Amazon agencies
● Convert performance insights into actionable optimizations
6) Quick Commerce Partner Coordination
● Coordinate with Quick Commerce partners for:
○ Monthly sales planning
○ New product launches
○ Campaign credits and agreements
● Manage follow-ups with partner brand managers
● Track and coordinate:
○ Dispatch performance
○ Listing hygiene
○ Secondary sales metrics
● Lead internal monthly reviews (spend + sales + MoM performance)
7) Budget Ownership & Paid Campaigns
● Own marketing budgets across platforms
● Forecast spends and expected outcomes
● Manage ROI of paid campaigns
● Track channel performance vs targets
8) CRM & Customer Retention
● Plan weekly/monthly communication through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and app pushes
● Oversee automation tools (chatbots, AI calls, segmentation)
● Drive abandoned cart recovery improvements
● Create audience sets and segmentation strategies
9) Performance Reporting & Leadership Reviews
● Prepare monthly presentations for all platforms
● Present performance to Director / Founders
● Review insights and define next month action plans
● Monitor agency outputs and internal team content
10) Team Leadership
● Manage and mentor graphic designer and content creator
● Oversee delegation, timelines, and output quality
● Approve all internal and external content assets
11) Cross-Functional Coordination
● Work closely with:
○ E-commerce team for campaign execution
○ Accounts team for invoices and approvals
○ Operations team for marketplace dispatches and hygiene

● Brand awareness and engagement growth
● Website and marketplace conversion uplift
● Paid campaign ROI
● Quick commerce partner sales contribution
● CRM revenue impact
● On-time delivery of content and campaigns
● Effective leadership reporting
Qualifications & Skills Required
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications
● 3–8 years experience in brand or ecommerce marketing
● Strong communication and people management skills
● Creative judgement for reviewing scripts and visuals
● Analytical mindset with CRM segmentation knowledge
● Budget management experience
● Market research capability
