Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Baghpat. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends. The Brand Manager will also oversee branding efforts to effectively promote the company's products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign creation
- Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and competitive analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and execute advertising and promotional strategies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the gardening or home improvement industry is a plus
