Job Summary
EquipMedy® is looking for a creative and execution-driven Brand Manager to lead brand visibility, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and promotional activities across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare e-commerce, MedTech, medical devices, pharma, or B2B marketing and should be passionate about building a strong healthcare brand.
Job Description
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies
- Plan marketing communication and customer engagement campaigns
- Create digital, promotional, and product marketing content
- Manage social media, emailers, LinkedIn, and brand communication
- Design and execute promotional offers and sales campaigns
- Support new product launches in MedTech and surgical consumables
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and doctor conferences
- Work closely with sales teams to support customer acquisition and conversion
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels
- Handle media, PR, press releases, and industry visibility initiatives
Desired Profile
- MBA Marketing with 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Healthcare Marketing, MedTech, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare e-Commerce
- Strong communication, campaign execution, and content creation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
