💼 Experience: 2+ Years
💰 CTC: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA (Negotiable based on Experience)
About the Role:We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to drive brand growth and positioning in the beauty and cosmetics space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand identity, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Collaborate with social media, content, and design teams for campaign execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage product launches and promotional activities
- Work closely with influencers and partners to strengthen brand positioning
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
🔹 Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in brand management (beauty/cosmetic industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
- Experience in influencer marketing and digital branding is a plus
