What you’ll do
- Own brand narrative across PR, media, and external communication
- Build and manage media relationships (business, fintech, insurance, startup ecosystem)
- Drive earned media coverage (features, interviews, thought leadership)
- Work closely with leadership to craft founder voice & POVs
- Manage brand campaigns end-to-end (launch → amplification → recall)
- Handle crisis communication & reputation management
- Collaborate with social, content, and performance teams for unified messaging
What we’re looking for
- Strong network with top-tier media & journalist
- Experience in fintech/startup PR preferred
- Ability to turn boring categories (like insurance) into talkable stories
- Sharp writing + storytelling skills
- Someone who thinks in headlines, not just press releases
