As we scale, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can build brand as a growth engine, not just an awareness function.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a consumer-first, data-driven brand leader who can translate deep insights into high-impact business outcomes.
This role requires someone who can operate across consumer understanding, strategic planning, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on driving demand, improving conversion, and scaling revenue through brand interventions.
Key Responsibilities1. Consumer Insight & Opportunity Identification- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and cohort data to uncover actionable insights
- Mine qualitative and quantitative data (user conversations, feedback, market trends)
- Identify real consumer triggers, needs, and demand gaps
2. Demand-Led Brand Strategy- Develop monthly and quarterly brand plans aligned with business goals
- Identify high-intent cohorts, key moments, and revenue-driving opportunities
- Translate insights into clear positioning, messaging, and campaign direction
3. Campaign Planning & Execution- Lead end-to-end campaign development across digital platforms
- Build strong messaging frameworks and creative briefs
- Collaborate closely with performance, content, and product teams
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
4. Data-Driven Decision Making- Track and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, retention, and LTV
- Use data to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and improve outcomes
- Identify what is working, what is not, and iterate rapidly
5. AI-Led Brand Execution & Content Systems- Leverage AI tools to accelerate insight mining, content production, and campaign testing
- Build scalable workflows for high-volume, high-quality creative output
- Use AI for:
- Consumer research and trend identification
- Creative ideation and rapid iteration
- Performance optimization and personalization
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- ChatGPT / Claude (consumer insighting, copy, strategy)
- Midjourney / DALL·E (visual ideation & creative direction)
- Runway / Pika / HeyGen (video content creation)
- Notion AI / Jasper (content workflows and planning)
6. Brand as a Growth Lever- Build narratives that drive both emotional connection and measurable business results
- Strengthen brand differentiation while ensuring performance alignment
- Contribute to long-term brand building while delivering short-term impact
What We’re Looking ForExperience- 5–8 years of experience in:
- D2C brands / consumer startups / consumer internet companies
- OR ecommerce-led businesses
- Proven experience in product or service-led growth environments
Core Skills- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior
- Ability to connect insights → strategy → execution → results
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking with comfort in using data for decision-making
- Well-versed with AI-led workflows for marketing, content, and growth
