THE OPPORTUNITY
GMR Vizag International Airport is one of India's newest and most ambitious aviation gateways — and we're looking for someone to own its voice, build its brand, and shape how millions of passengers, partners, and communities experience it.
This isn't a role where you manage a content calendar and call it a day. This is a rare, high-ownership opportunity to build a brand from the ground up — defining its digital presence, driving its narrative, and executing campaigns that leave a real mark. You'll be equal parts strategist and executor, storyteller and analyst, creator and collaborator.

This role will be deployed full-time at GMR Vizag International Airport, working closely with the GMR team on day-to-day operations, while being employed under Cleverhat Studios.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and drive the brand's positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks across digital and physical channels.
- Ensure every touchpoint from a social post to an airport signage speaks the same language and tells the same story.
- Review and approve all content for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Social Media & Content
- Own the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
- Create, curate, and oversee compelling content — posts, reels, videos, campaigns — that stops the scroll.
- Build and manage content calendars that keep the brand consistent, timely, and relevant.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments — and act on them fast.
Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization — from brief to results.
- Work with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns targeting defined audiences, driving measurable outcomes.
Performance & Insights
- Track KPIs reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, conversions and turn data into decisions.
- Optimize content and campaign strategies continuously based on audience behavior and analytics.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and forward-looking recommendations.
Online Reputation & Community
- Manage ORM — respond to comments, messages, and reviews with speed, professionalism, and brand voice.
- Build meaningful engagement with audiences and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
Integrated Marketing
- Align digital efforts with on-ground branding, events, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning timelines, quality, and delivery end-to-end.
WHO YOU ARE
You're not looking for a job. You're looking for ownership.
You have 5–6 years of experience in Brand Management and Social Media — and you've gone beyond posting and scheduling. You understand what makes a brand feel alive, and you know how to build one with discipline and creativity in equal measure.
- You think in narratives, not just deliverables.
- You're fluent in digital — platform dynamics, content strategy, paid media, analytics.
- You're as comfortable in a strategy deck as you are in an Instagram caption.
- You move fast, stay organized, and never let quality slip.
- You're a strong communicator — in writing, in meetings, and in the work itself.
- You know how to coordinate across teams and keep everyone aligned without losing momentum.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
You're expected to hit the ground running with:
- Collaboration: Basecamp, Slack
- Project Management: Zoho, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent
- Social Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
- Analytics: Google Analytics, native platform dashboards
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) — Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or Mass Media.
Master's / Postgraduate (Preferred) — MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or Advertising; PGDM or equivalent.
Candidates from reputed institutions will be preferred for the strategic depth this role demands.
