Role Overview
We’re not looking for a “marketer.”
We’re looking for someone who understands how brands are built - someone who can shape perception, create recall, and make consumers want to be associated with the brand.
As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the brand’s social presence, content direction, campaigns, shoots, and activations. You’ll work closely with social media, design, content, photography, and videography teams to ensure everything going out feels consistent, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s identity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the brand’s social media presence and overall content direction
- Plan and execute campaigns, shoots, and brand activations
- Coordinate with creative, content, photography, videography, and social media teams to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee packaging, brand communication, and overall visual consistency across platforms
- Stay closely aligned with trends, internet culture, and evolving consumer behavior
- Ensure Bla Bli Blu is positioned strongly across all customer touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a D2C, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand-building
- Experience managing shoots, creative direction, and social campaigns
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and creatively sharp
