Role Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring campaign performance, and driving initiatives to enhance BigAds' brand presence and industry impact.

- Brand Management and Marketing Strategy skills to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
- Strong Project Management and Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and market trends.
- Expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Innovative Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving skills to craft unique brand strategies.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and techniques is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the gaming or advertising industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
