As our Brand Manager, you'll own our premium client accounts from strategy to execution. This is not a "post scheduling" role. This is someone who can think like a consultant, communicate like a founder, and execute like an operator.

Role OverviewThe Brand Manager will be responsible for managing Barecce's high-value clients while ensuring exceptional communication, strategy, execution, and long-term relationship building.
You'll act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly while maintaining Barecce's quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead onboarding meetings and understand the client's business thoroughly.
- Conduct monthly review meetings and quarterly strategy discussions.
- Build long-term trust with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure timely responses and proactive communication.
Brand Strategy- Understand every client's positioning, audience, competitors and business goals.
- Develop monthly content directions aligned with business objectives.
- Create campaign concepts for launches, festivals and special occasions.
- Guide the creative team with clear strategic direction.
- Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Project Management- Plan monthly deliverables with internal teams.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate between designers, copywriters, editors, photographers and performance marketers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to remove execution bottlenecks.
- Ensure projects remain within agreed scope.
Quality Control- Review every creative before it reaches the client.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand identity.
- Maintain Barecce's creative standards across all deliverables.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team before client presentation.
- Ensure revisions are executed accurately.
Campaign Planning- Develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm creative concepts with internal teams.
- Prepare campaign briefs.
- Coordinate shoot requirements, moodboards and production planning.
- Supervise campaign execution.
Meetings & Presentations- Lead client presentations confidently.
- Present strategies, reports and campaign ideas.
- Translate marketing concepts into simple business language.
- Conduct internal briefing meetings after client discussions.
Reporting- Review monthly performance reports.
- Interpret insights into actionable recommendations.
- Present campaign performance to clients.
- Track project health and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership- Brief internal teams effectively.
- Mentor junior account executives where required.
- Ensure accountability across departments.
- Foster collaboration between strategy and execution teams.
Business Growth- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Recommend new marketing initiatives based on client goals.
- Assist founders during high-value pitches when required.
- Help retain premium clients through exceptional service.

Preferred Experience- 2–3 years of experience in branding, account management or agency operations.
- Experience handling premium clients.
- Experience working in a creative or marketing agency.
- Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Experience coordinating content production.
