About the Role
We are looking for a Social Growth & Brand Manager to drive organic growth, content execution, and brand-building initiatives across PokerBoss and other gaming brands. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling social presence through content, communities, creators, and growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media calendars across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Translate brand strategy into engaging content, reels, campaigns, and platform-specific creatives.
- Identify and leverage social media trends, internet culture, and viral content opportunities.
- Drive organic growth through community engagement, trend-jacking, comment seeding, UGC campaigns, contests, and creator collaborations.
- Coordinate with Design, Video, CRM, Product, and Performance Marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and community pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements through weekly insights and experiments.
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, research, caption writing, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Creator Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, and short-form content.
- Experience creating and managing weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Excellent trend-spotting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with organic growth strategies and community building.
- Experience coordinating with designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of social media metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, CTR, saves, shares, and follower growth.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and creator communication.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Higgsfield, or similar.
Good to Have
- Experience in Gaming, Poker, Fantasy Sports, Esports, Sports Media, Consumer Internet, or Agency environments.
- Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and gaming communities.
- Experience working with influencers and creator partnerships.
- Proven track record of growing social channels organically through reels, shorts, collaborations, and community-led initiatives.
- Experience building AI-powered content workflows and prompt libraries.
