About the Role
Infinity Learn is hiring a Brand Manager to drive adoption and engagement for the Sri Chaitanya Meta App & Sri Chaitanya Meta Jr. App.
Your goal is to make the Sri Chaitanya Meta App the default daily learning companion for students — improving activation, retention, repeat usage, and advocacy across grades and branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Positioning & Messaging
Build value propositions for students, parents, and teachers
Create RTBs (Reasons to Believe), proof points, objection handling frameworks
Develop demo scripts and FAQ kits
2. Adoption Funnel Ownership
Manage the full in-ecosystem lifecycle:
Eligible → Install → Login Success → Parent Linking → Activation → D7/D30 Retention
Diagnose and fix friction points (OTP issues, login failures, onboarding gaps)
Optimize conversion across each stage of the funnel
3. Lifecycle Engagement & Habit Programs
Create onboarding journeys, nudges, reminders, streaks, weekly rituals
Run engagement campaigns such as:
Revision Sprint
Test Analysis Week
Daily Practice Streak
4. Branch & Teacher Adoption System
Build Sri Chaitanya Meta App in-classroom playbooks
Enable training for principals, teachers, and coordinators
Establish branch-level rituals and accountability systems
5. Measurement & Governance
Build branch-wise scorecards (activation, retention, teacher usage, parent engagement)
Conduct leadership reviews and implement improvement plans
Run Voice-of-Customer loops to inform product and support teams
Skills & Tools Required
Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention levers, and A/B testing
Comfortable with analytics and CRM tools such as:
Firebase
Mixpanel
CleverTap
MoEngage
WebEngage
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
