What you'll do:
As a Brand Lead, you’ll run the Brand Solutions team — people, processes, and priorities. You’ll take ownership of up to 6 brands while managing a team of Sr Brand Execs and Brand Execs. You’re expected to:
- Own the brand narrative, roadmap, and relationships
- Lead campaign planning, research, and strategy
- Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or bring new business
- Ensure delivery across scope, timeline, and ambition
- Step in wherever needed — escalation, pitch, or pep talk
- Run monthly reviews and key client conversations
- Plan shoots, track content quality, and keep teams aligned
- Mentor, manage, and retain your team
- Keep it fresh on the daily — be trend-smart, platform-savvy, and execution-sharp
