Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand & Creative Lead to drive the overall brand identity, storytelling, and creative direction for one of our clients. This role will be responsible for building a strong and consistent brand presence across digital, social, product, campaigns, and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have experience leading creative strategy, manage brand communication, and build impactful campaigns for consumer-facing or high-growth brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and creative vision across all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual language.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, offline activations, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with content, design, performance marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Drive storytelling and creative communication aligned with business objectives and audience insights.
- Oversee creative production including ad creatives, social media assets, videos, website communication, packaging, and brand collaterals.
- Manage and mentor internal creative teams, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
- Develop content and campaign calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure all creative output is performance-oriented while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify trends, insights, and creative opportunities.
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams to shape brand perception and long-term brand growth strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and brand health metrics to optimize creative effectiveness.
Desired Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, or Integrated Marketing roles.
- Strong experience working with D2C, consumer tech, lifestyle, sports, fashion, wellness, or high-growth startup brands.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, consumer behavior, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong creative thinking with an equally strong understanding of performance marketing and business impact.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams preferred.
