Head of Brand – SOIE
(Brand CEO Track)
Role Mandate
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Brand Leader to take ownership of SOIE’s next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will operate as the Brand CEO, responsible for shaping:
● How the brand is positioned
● How it speaks
● How it sells
● And how it grows
Across offline retail and digital ecosystems.
The role demands equal strength in strategy, execution, and market immersion — someone who understands that real brand growth comes from aligning communication, product, and ground-level consumer insight.
What You Will Own
1. Brand Direction
Define and evolve SOIE’s positioning to stay relevant in a rapidly changing fashion & innerwear landscape.
Ensure what we communicate aligns with what consumers actually experience — in-store and online.
2. Growth-Led Marketing
Drive integrated marketing that is not just visible — but commercially effective.
Lead brand initiatives across:
● Digital
● Retail
● Trade marketing
● PR
● Campaigns
● Launches
With one objective: accelerate sell-through and consumer pull.
3. Offline Channel Immersion
Actively engage with retail markets.
Spend time on-ground with:
● Distributors
● Retailers
● Store teams
Identify:
● Conversion gaps
● Communication misses
● Visibility challenges
● Consumer hesitation points
Translate these into actionable brand and retail interventions.
4. Product Influence
Work closely with Product & Merchandising teams to ensure launches are:
● Market-relevant
● Consumer-led
● Channel-aware
Play an active role in shaping Go-To-Market strategies.
5. Agency Leadership
Lead and align creative, media, performance and PR partners to deliver consistent and high-impact brand expression.
Ensure strong last-mile execution.
6. Competitive Intelligence
Continuously track category movement across:
● Communication
● Retail
● Digital
● Trade
Convert insight into proactive brand action.

Ideal Candidate
● MBA in Marketing though skill/experience is weighed higher.
● 3–6 years in Brand / Category / Growth roles
● Fashion / Lifestyle / D2C experience preferred
● Strong digital understanding
● Commercial mindset
● Equally comfortable in strategy rooms and retail markets
Most importantly — someone who wants to build, not just manage.
