Key Requirements- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG / Herbal / Ayurveda / Medicine industry
- Experience in managing OTC / relief-based products preferred

Roles & Responsibilities Market & Business Strategy
- Analyze evolving consumer trends (organic, clean-label, personalized wellness)
- Evaluate market potential across pharmacy, hospitals, ayurvedic centers & D2C channels
- Drive brand growth across market share, revenue, profitability, and brand equity
Product & Portfolio Management
- Develop product architecture aligned with consumer behavior and market needs
- Collaborate with NPD, R&D, and PD for innovation and strong USP creation
- Monitor brand health, customer sentiment, and product performance
- Optimize SKU mix, pricing, packaging, and product lifecycle decisions
Go-to-Market & Visibility
- Lead product launches with ATL, BTL & TTL strategies
- Strengthen distribution channels and retail presence (online & offline)
- Work closely with sales teams and partners to maximize market reach
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and brand reach
- Identify new growth opportunities and untapped markets
Budget & Performance Management
- Plan and manage annual marketing budgets
