Responsibilities:
→ Take our e-commerce store from near-complete to live — and then scale it aggressively
→ Own the brand — identity, voice, positioning, and storytelling
→ Build and execute the full digital marketing engine — Meta, Google, SEO, and beyond
→ Drive revenue through performance marketing, not just brand building
→ Lead an in-house team and strategically deploy external agencies when needed
→ Bring cohesion across our B2B domestic, B2B global, and D2C retail verticals
→ Build the kind of brand presence in jewellery that people talk about

** You Are the Right Person If**
• You have 5–8 years in brand building, digital marketing, or D2C growth
• You have launched or scaled an e-commerce brand — and have the numbers to show for it
• You think like a founder, not an employee
• You are hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing
• You have led small teams and know how to get the best out of people and agencies
• You are drawn to jewellery, luxury, or aspirational lifestyle categories
