Position - Growth & Brand Lead
📍 Pune (Preferred) | Travel Required
PixelPal Media is hiring on behalf of one of our fast-growing client looking for a visionary Founding Growth & Brand Lead to build and scale multiple high-impact brands across technology, AI, education, and infrastructure.
If you're someone who enjoys building brands from scratch, driving business growth, and working directly with founders, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Do
· Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
· Drive customer acquisition across B2B & B2C channels
· Lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO & content strategy
· Build brand positioning and founder branding
· Manage PR, media outreach, and strategic partnerships
· Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
We're Looking For
· 4–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing
· Startup experience (Seed to Series A/B preferred)
· Proven experience in building brands or marketing functions from the ground up
· Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools
· Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
Compensation
· Monthly Salary – 100K to 125K
· Performance Incentive of up to ₹50,000 per Month
