FdMS is hiring a Brand Growth Hunter 🚀
We're a 10-year-old creative powerhouse from Pune that's built 60+ brands and delivered 1,000+ projects — for clients across India and globally. And now we're growing fast, and we need someone who can match that energy.
This isn't a "sit and send emails" job. This is for someone who gets excited when a cold lead responds, who treats every pitch like a creative challenge, and who genuinely believes great branding changes businesses.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll own the top and middle of our sales funnel — from finding the right prospects to converting them into paying clients. That means researching leads, writing sharp outreach, running discovery calls, building proposals, and closing deals. You'll work directly with our founder, so there's zero corporate nonsense — just real decisions, real learning, real growth.
You're the one if:
- You can write an email that actually gets opened and replied to
- You're not scared of cold outreach — you see it as a game to win
- You know how to research a business and spot what they're doing wrong before pitching
- You're fluent in LinkedIn, email, and "let me circle back" energy (but you actually do)
- You understand branding and design well enough to sell it
- You're ambitious, self-driven, and hate micromanagement as much as we do
Brownie points if you have:
- Experience in a creative/marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or similar
- A knack for writing — proposals, decks, cold emails, whatever
