Role Description As the Brand & Growth Co-Founder at Capitova Ventures, you will shape and own the company’s brand, growth strategy, and go-to-market execution. This is a full-time, remote role focused on building awareness among founders and investors, driving qualified leads, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in fundraising. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop brand narratives and messaging, create and manage marketing campaigns, and craft content across channels such as website, email, and social media. You will design and run growth experiments, analyze funnel performance, and iterate on positioning based on user feedback and data. You will collaborate closely with other founders on product-market fit, customer discovery, and strategic partnerships, while representing Capitova in founder and investor communities, webinars, and events. You will also help define key metrics, implement basic analytics tools, and build processes that can scale as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing skills, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and growth/traction strategies.
- Proven Sales and business development abilities, with experience converting leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals or partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal storytelling for founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, test hypotheses, optimize funnels, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Research capabilities to understand market trends, startup and investor needs, competitor landscape, and emerging channels.
- Experience in startups, venture capital, fundraising, or accelerator/incubator environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment: proactive, resourceful, and able to build from zero with limited structure.
- Ability to work remotely across time zones, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
