Work Location & Policy
Primary Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Client Office / Showroom)
Reporting Office: Zero Creation – Gota, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Full-time – Work From Office Only
This role requires daily presence at the client site and regular coordination with our Ahmedabad office team. Please apply only if commuting to Lower Parel, Mumbai is comfortable.
Role Summary
We are looking for a smart and proactive Brand Executive who will manage day-to-day marketing coordination for our client.
You will act as the bridge between the client’s internal team and Zero Creation’s design, video, and strategy teams.
This role combines operational coordination and strategic marketing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
• Understand client’s daily marketing requirements
• Coordinate with Zero Creation design, video, and strategy teams
• Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Marketing Support
• Coordinate brochure and website updates
• Assist in social media planning and campaign execution
• Coordinate influencer collaborations
Shoot & Content Management
• Arrange product and showroom photoshoots
• Collect customer reviews and testimonials
• Coordinate corporate video shoots
Brand Execution
• Maintain brand consistency across creatives
• Collect product and project details from client
• Support exhibition and event preparation
Communication
• Attend client meetings
• Share updates with Zero Creation team
• Follow up on approvals and requirements
Required Experience
• 2–5 years in marketing / brand / account management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in creative agency or brand marketing preferred
• Basic understanding of social media, brochures, and website
Preferred Skills
• Experience in interior / real estate / manufacturing / retail brands
• Experience coordinating photoshoots or influencers
• Good organization and follow-up skills
