Role Description
To ensure seamless execution of diagnostics brand activities across India by managing marketing collateral deployment, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, supporting sales enablement initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, assisting in KOL engagement programs, and driving execution of demand generation activities in line with defined brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute product and brand launches by ensuring field readiness, material availability, and sales enablement to accelerate market uptake and revenue.
- Improve marketing ROI by ensuring fast response, tracking, and closure of marketing-generated leads with sales team
- Support data-driven decisions through dashboards covering execution metrics, competition, and market insights.
- Ensure field readiness by maintaining availability of collaterals, event kits, and demo inventory in key markets.
- Support the supervisor in execution of new brand launch tool kit
- Improve asset control through weekly tracking and reporting of demo equipment movement.
- Track the whereabouts of assigned diagnostics brands on a weekly basis and build weekly dashboard
- Support revenue through timely dispatch and availability of promotional materials aligned to sales plans.
- Strengthen territory influence by tracking and improving KOL engagement depth, especially in WINS segments.
- Support sales team in execution of RTMs and track ROI on individual customer level
- Lead end to end dispatch of all promotional materials and demo equipment's
- Partner key stakeholders in execution of various state and national level conferences
- Support effective NSM execution through planning, coordination
- Maintain market connect through structured field visits (2–3 days/month) to capture insights and improve execution.
- Manage vendor onboarding and payment disbursements
- Help supervisor in SOP creation
- Partner marketing analyst in A&P management and build bi-monthly dashboards

- Experience in KOL engagement and evidence-based marketing preferred

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic surgical, diagnostic procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and digital communication tools.
- Strong customer orientation, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- MBA / master’s in marketing or related field, Science graduate B. Optom, M Optom with Sales experience in Med tech
- Must know English. Preferred language Hindi, Tamil
- Willing to relocate to Chennai
