Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Education & Product Training Executive to develop product training materials, support brand education, and create product knowledge and sales support materials for skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and health brands across multiple markets.
This role will work closely with brand principals, internal brand teams, marketing teams, regulatory teams, and in-market teams to ensure strong product understanding and consistent product communication across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product training presentations and product knowledge documents for brands and SKUs
- Conduct product training for internal teams, in-market sales teams, distributors, retail staff, and pharmacy teams
- Work with brand principals to understand product positioning, ingredients, claims, and key selling points
- Create product information sheets, brochures, regimen charts, and comparison sheets
- Develop FAQs, objection handling guides, and sales support materials
- Support brand and product launches with training materials and launch kits
- Provide product information, claims, and content inputs to marketing, regulatory, and e-commerce teams
- Maintain product knowledge and training material library for all brands
Preferred Background & Skills
- Education in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related fields
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, nutraceuticals, pharma, or FMCG product training / product marketing roles
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical product and ingredient information into clear selling points
- Good PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva skills
- Content writing skills are a plus
