Job Task Role:
Lead strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across accounts
- Understand client business goals and translate them into effective brand and campaign solutions
- Drive account growth through Strategy for new & old mandates, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for old clients.
- Lead growth campaigns across SEO, Paid Ads, Influencer and other acquisition channels.
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, SEO, Paid ads and other acquisition channels for seamless execution
- Lead and Manage account management / servicing teams
- Ensure timely delivery across client accounts while maintaining quality and execution standards
- Oversee account profitability, client scopes, team bandwidth, and delivery planning
- Lead Monthly & quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and performance discussions with clients
- Create pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities
- Drive a high-performance, ownership-led culture within the team
- Maintain complete visibility across active client accounts, delivery progress, performance, and internal coordination

- Ensure client KPIs are consistently tracked and delivered
- Growth in revenue across managed accounts
- Strong client retention and stakeholder satisfaction

- Strong agency-side experience in brand servicing / account management / business leadership
- Proven experience handling large brands and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to confidently handle strategic client conversations across SEO, Paid Ads and business growth discussions
- Strong understanding of digital growth strategy, SEO, Paid Ads, customer acquisition and campaign execution
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
