About XOTIC Essentials
XOTIC Essentials isn’t another generic e-commerce store.
We’re building a problem-solving brand in the home/lifestyle space — products that actually make life easier, cleaner, and smarter.
If your idea of branding is just “aesthetic Instagram posts,” this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Build brand positioning from scratch (not Canva moodboards — real differentiation)
- Define brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
- Turn products into desire-driven narratives (why people must buy)
- Oversee ad creatives, landing pages, and content direction
- Work closely with performance marketing to ensure brand = conversions
- Create UGC angles, hooks, and storytelling formats that scale
- Maintain consistency across website, ads, emails, and social
- Identify and fix brand gaps killing conversions
What We’re NOT Looking For
- Someone who only schedules posts
- Someone obsessed with “logo, colors, vibes” but ignores sales
- Someone who hasn’t worked on real D2C brands with revenue responsibility
What We ARE Looking For
- You’ve worked on e-commerce / D2C brands
- You understand consumer psychology > design trends
- You can break down:
- Why a product sells
- Why creatives fail
- Why brands plateau
- You’ve contributed to or built:
- High-converting ad creatives
- Product storytelling that drives purchases
- You think in terms of:
- CTR, CVR, AOV — not just aesthetics
Bonus Points If
- You’ve scaled a brand past ₹50L+/month
- You understand Meta ads creative strategy deeply
- You can write scripts, hooks, and angles yourself
- You’ve built or contributed to a recognizable brand identity
Compensation
