Kota Group of Companies is a leading Indian manufacturer of industrial sealing, adhesive, and piping solution products. We are expanding aggressively across India and are looking for a driven Brand Manager to lead our brand growth, promotions, and market activation strategies.

💰 Salary₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to increase market visibility and sales.
- Plan and manage distributor and dealer engagement programs across India.
- Design promotional campaigns, sales schemes, and marketing initiatives.
- Organise trade exhibitions, product launches, and industry events.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive demand generation activities.
- Manage marketing materials, branding assets, and digital presence.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, and event partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Travel across India for distributor meets, promotional events, and business activities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
- Experience in industrial products or the manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
