What You'll Do
- Design and evolve our brand identity system.
- Create high-impact assets for campaigns, social, landing pages, decks, and sales collateral.
- Translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Work directly with founders with minimal back-and-forth.
- Deliver polished work on tight timelines without sacrificing craft.
You're a Fit If You...
- Have 4 to 7 years in brand design or visual identity
- Can show a portfolio with range, from system-level thinking to pixel-perfect execution
- Understand startups. "Ship it today" doesn't make you flinch
- Use AI tools to move faster, not as a crutch
- Live in Figma, know Adobe Creative Suite, and can build a killer deck
- Communicate clearly and work autonomously across time zones
Bonus Points
B2B SaaS or developer-facing design experience. Motion design chops. Past freelance work with early-stage teams.
