We are looking for a Brand Designer who understands that good design is not just about making things look beautiful & it’s about solving business problems visually.
You should be someone who can connect strategy, consumer psychology, storytelling, and aesthetics into meaningful brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Understand the business, audience, competition, and consumer perception before designing.
- Translate business problems into powerful visual solutions.
- Create meaningful brand identities, not just logos.
- Build visual systems that consistently communicate a brand’s positioning across every touchpoint.
- Work on branding, packaging, campaigns and communication design.
- Collaborate with strategists, content teams, marketers, and clients to bring ideas alive.
- Think beyond trends and focus on what makes a brand memorable in the consumer’s mind.
- Present and explain design decisions with logic, clarity, and confidence.
- Ensure every output balances creativity with business impact.
- Obsess over details, consistency, typography, composition, and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- A designer who thinks like a problem solver, not just an executor.
- Someone who understands branding, positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems.
- Ability to convert insights into distinctive visual identities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking behind the work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma and modern design workflows.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Curiosity to learn, unlearn, and evolve constantly.
Bonus Points If You
- Can explain why a design works, not just how it looks.
- Understand marketing, business, and consumer psychology.
- Have worked on branding projects across industries.
- Believe that design can influence perception and business growth.
