Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Designer who can take ownership of our visual communication across digital platforms. This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, speed in execution, and an understanding of D2C brand building and performance-driven design.
You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visuals that not only look great but also drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, and website
- Create performance-driven ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns
- Ensure consistency in visual communication across platforms
- Contribute to product storytelling through design
- Manage multiple design requirements with quick turnaround times
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in brand/design roles
- Strong portfolio (D2C/startup experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience with performance marketing creatives (Meta/Google ads)
- Understanding of e-commerce design and consumer psychology
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
- Experience working with D2C or wellness brands
