Match It Up (Cupid for Business) is a networking platform designed to foster meaningful business connections. Focused on alignment and tailored needs, the platform helps users connect with the right business partners. By highlighting individual strengths and requirements, it simplifies the process of creating mutually beneficial partnerships. Match It Up is dedicated to reshaping the way professionals collaborate and grow their networks.
The visual custodian of Match It Up. Sets the entire identity before anything goes public, logo, colours, typography, UI assets, and all collateral. One good designer at this stage covers everything.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain the full brand identity system
• Create and enforce a brand style guide across all materials
• Design all digital and print marketing collateral
• Produce app UI assets in coordination with the Tech Lead
• Design event materials, pitch decks, and any merchandise
SKILLS
Figma · Adobe Illustrator · Photoshop · Motion design basics · Brand systems · UI/UX fundamentals
WHAT TO LOOK FOR
- 3–5 years at a design studio, brand agency, or consumer startup. Portfolio must show at least 2–3 end-to-end brand identity projects. A deep appreciation for typography is non-negotiable.
