Ivory is an early-stage funded startup, that helps in the detection of early cognitive decline risks through validated cognitive assessments. We work with healthcare providers across India and assess key cognitive skills like Attention, Memory and Reasoning with a goal to improve healthspan of our users.

About the Role:
This is a role for folks only upto 3 years of work-ex, so please apply accordingly.
The Brand Designer is responsible for shaping and evolving Ivory’s visual identity across digital and print touchpoints. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Mumbai with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day work includes creating brand guidelines, designing marketing and product assets, and ensuring visual consistency across websites, apps, social media, presentations, and campaigns. The Brand Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into clear, compelling visual narratives and to refine Ivory’s brand presence over time.
What you'll own:
- Brand identity — end-to-end, across digital, print, events, everywhere
- Social media — the visual language across all platforms
- Video storytelling — planning and shooting content along with our editor.
We're looking for someone:
- With 2-3 years experience, strong with Adobe Suite + Canva
- Based in Mumbai (while role is mostly remote
- Who has a startup mindset, happy to wear multiple hats
- Who has a sense of originality, agency and takes complete ownership of their work
