Skills:
- Software knowledge: Illustrator, photoshop and After effects. Figma is a plus. Advanced understanding of use of ai within design.
- Responsible (when it comes to delivering on tasks on timelines and adhering to feedback)
- Attentive to detail (should create designs without 10 rounds of feedback)
- Curiosity & Ownership (when it comes to understanding why one is doing what they are doing and not just executing tasks given by managers)
- Work experience in a start-up ecosystem is preferable
Background:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Having said this, talent & experience will be given more importance than college itself.
- 2+ years of work experience in graphic design is a must
Scope of work:
- Platforms we work with: Own App/ Web, Third Party restaurant listings, Performance marketing platforms (videos & statics), newly launches dine-in stores and more.
- Scope of creations: Occasional brand launches, occasional changes in existing packaging design, Brand upgrades as per market feedback, video campaigns with celebrities, assets for above mentioned platforms, digital ads (video & static), assets of offline stores, occasional offline campaigns (hoardings/ print material) and more
- Maintaining App/ Web/Print: Upload of banners/ pop-up etc via an automated platform and maintaining how the app/ web looks. Mind you, 2.1 million users will be witnessing your work. So we prefer, people who are sharp and check their work twice before making it live
