About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and conceptually strong Creative Art Director to lead and elevate our work across Branding, Strategy, and Packaging Design. The ideal candidate should be a visual thinker, a strategic storyteller, and a hands-on design leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role demands someone who can transform brand strategy into powerful visual identities, disruptive packaging systems, and compelling brand worlds.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end creative development across branding, identity systems, packaging design, and communication.
• Translate strategic insights into distinctive visual narratives and brand expressions.
• Conceptualize and execute brand identity projects from scratch - naming to launch-ready systems.
• Develop innovative packaging design aligned with consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and articulate design rationale with clarity.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and visualizers to ensure creative excellence.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, and production teams.
• Ensure high standards of craft, typography, layout, and design detailing.
• Stay updated with global design, branding, and packaging trends.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity systems, and packaging design.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy and visual translation.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and design fundamentals.
• Experience handling FMCG brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
