We are looking for someone who can think before design happens. This is not a design role.
This is not a coordination role.
Your job is to:
๐ Understand the client
๐ Turn that into strong ideas
๐ Structure those ideas into content & campaigns
๐ And give clear direction to the design team

๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Brand Understanding
- Understand client's business, audience, and positioning
- Identify what makes the brand different
- Translate business goals into content direction
2. Pitch Deck Creation
- Create structured, high-quality pitch decks
- Present ideas in a clear, logical, and convincing format
- Build narratives, not just slides
3. Content & Campaign Strategy
- Brainstorm content ideas (reels, posts, campaigns)
- Develop hooks, angles, and messaging
- Plan content buckets aligned with brand goals
4. Creative Briefing
- Give clear, actionable briefs to designers
- Define:
- Objective of the creative
- Key message
- Visual direction
- Expected outcome
5. Quality Control (Important)
- Review creatives before they go to the client
- Ensure output matches the idea and intent
- Maintain consistency in brand communication

- Strong thinking ability (not just execution)
- Ability to connect business โ content โ design
- Good communication and structuring skills
- Experience in creating pitch decks or campaigns
- Basic understanding of social media & ads ecosystem
