Job description:
We are looking for a Creative Designer who has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate understands modern design language, visual storytelling, brand voice, and how to create content that grabs attention across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality social media creatives, ad creatives, posters, reels covers, banners, and marketing assets
Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms
Understand brand tone, audience psychology, and current design trends
Create visually appealing content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand strategy
Work closely with the social media and marketing team for content execution
Ensure consistency in typography, colour palette, layouts, and overall design language
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and branding initiatives
Edit and optimise creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, websites, and other digital platforms
Requirements:
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and creative design work
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
Good understanding of modern social media aesthetics and content trends
Strong sense of typography, composition, colours, and visual hierarchy
Ability to understand and maintain brand voice through visuals
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Prior experience in social media, branding, or creative design preferred
Preferred:
Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
Understanding of content strategy and performance-driven creatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
