Cosy Farms is reinventing food production by designing and building fully automated vertical farming systems. Our flagship product, the GRO+ unit, provides an optimized environment for growing herbs and greens with precision control over lights, temperature, nutrition, and humidity. We focus on delivering fresh, pesticide-free produce directly to urban areas, ensuring maximum nutrition and flavor.
Role Description
We’re looking for a strategy-first, execution-driven marketer who can own and build our content and brand narrative across LinkedIn, social media, and our website. Someone who can own how we show up online across content, brand, and distribution. This is not a traditional content or creatives role. This is a storytelling + growth + positioning role where you’ll define how we communicate our category, differentiate ourselves, and drive awareness, consideration & ultimately conversion. You’ll be working closely with the founding team on:
- what we say
- how we say it
- and how that actually drives real demand (not just engagement)
Instagram and LinkedIn will be the primary platforms and everything else will support them. You will work closely with the founding team to translate business goals into sharp, insight-led marketing strategies, and then execute them end-to-end.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website
- Come up with ideas that are insight-led, not generic
- Be comfortable shooting content (and being on camera when needed)
- Coordinate with editors/designers and ensure fast, high-quality output
- Figure out who we’re talking to (B2B) and how to reach them
- Build top-of-funnel awareness and nudge toward conversion
- Track performance (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Continuously improve what’s going out
- Help shape how we position ourselves as a category leader
- Turn complex tech + agri into content people actually understand
- Do category, consumer, and competitor research
- Spot trends, patterns, and gaps — and act on them
- Work on PR, publications, and offline campaigns when needed
- Help drive brand and product asset production and delivery shoots, collaterals, campaign assets, and launch materials if and when needed
What We're Looking For
- ~3+ years in B2B / strategic marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and positioning
- Ability to think and execute (we don’t want just one of the two)
- Comfortable working without hand-holding
- Can coordinate across teams (designers, editors, vendors)
- Okay with hands-on work
- Experience in B2B funnels / sales-led marketing
Nice To have
- Experience with PR / publications
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Startup experience

You'll be working out of our office at Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon East. This is a full-time time with a 6-day in-office requirement.
