Alongside brand building, we are also growing as a D2C e-commerce platform for hand-knit products, making it essential to connect storytelling with seamless product discovery and sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand & Content Strategist who can take ownership of the brand’s voice, positioning, and content across platforms.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, especially in video-first content formats, along with an understanding of how content translates into e-commerce visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building
• Define and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Translate brand values into clear and engaging communication
• Strengthen brand recall through storytelling
Content Strategy and Creation
• Plan and execute short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Create content around product storytelling, behind-the-scenes, and brand narratives
• Stay updated with trends and adapt them for the brand
Marketing Execution
• Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and collaborations
• Work with influencers and creators
• Drive organic growth through content-led strategies
E-commerce Management
• Manage and update the e-commerce store (product listings, descriptions, visuals)
• Ensure all products are presented with strong storytelling and clear positioning
• Optimize product pages for visibility and conversions
• Work closely with content and marketing to align campaigns with product sales
• Track basic performance metrics (product visibility, engagement, conversions)
Creative Direction
• Ideate content series and themes
• Maintain visual and narrative consistency
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in content, branding, social media, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of short-form content platforms
• Comfortable with on-camera presence
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify, - WooCommerce, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of product listings, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Basic understanding of video editing or content production
• Personal content portfolio or active social presence
