We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven content leader to own the entire content and brand voice of Driven Properties India. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and growth — and is responsible for every word, visual brief, and campaign narrative that goes out under our brand. You will work across social media, performance ads, website, SEO, and designer/video direction. If you think in campaigns but execute in detail — this is for you.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own the content strategy across all channels — social, website, email, WhatsApp, ads, and print collateral.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to project launches, market events, and campaign cycles.
- Write and edit all brand copy — from project taglines and brochure narratives to Instagram captions and landing page headlines.
- Plan, post, and grow Driven Properties’ social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Drive organic website growth through SEO-focused blogs, property guides, neighbourhood content, and on-page copy optimisation.
- Write high-converting performance ad copies for Meta and Google campaigns — understanding hook, CTA, and audience intent at each funnel stage.
- Brief designers and video editors with detailed creative direction — including layout concepts, visual mood, shot lists, and video scripts.
- Build and manage email/WhatsApp drip content for lead nurture sequences.
- Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, CPL, organic traffic) and use data to continuously improve output.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual language standards across all marketing touchpoints.
Who we're looking for
Experience
- 3–6 years in content, brand, or digital marketing
- Real estate, proptech, or premium consumer brand background preferred
- Proven track record of growing social channels
Skills
- Exceptional writing in English (Hindi a bonus)
- Strong SEO fundamentals
- Performance ad copywriting
- Creative briefing for design & video
Mindset

- Comfortable owning output end-to-end
- Curious about real estate, market trends, buyer psychology
Bonus points
- Experience with Canva, Notion, or content tools
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
