Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand / Content Lead who will shape and scale Epik's brand narrative across digital, content, and experiential touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, campaigns, and organic growth. The ideal candidate comes from D2C, consumer internet, or e-commerce brands and has experience building high-impact brand campaigns and content ecosystems that drive awareness, conversation, and brand recall.
You will be responsible for translating brand strategy into content, campaigns, films, PR moments, and experiential activations that make EPIK culturally relevant and top-of-mind for consumers.

Sustainably increase organic brand searches for “Epik” while improving brand awareness, recall, and consideration.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Narrative Ownership
- Own and evolve EPIK’s brand positioning, messaging framework, and tone of voice
- Build a clear and differentiated brand narrative that resonates with modern consumers
- Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints including digital, content, product experience, and offline activations
- Translate brand strategy into campaign ideas, storytelling formats, and cultural moments
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
- Build and lead a content-first brand strategy that drives organic discovery and engagement
- Develop a scalable content engine across formats such as brand films, social content, product storytelling, creator collaborations, and thought leadership
- Identify cultural trends and internet moments to make the brand relevant and conversation-worthy
- Work with creators, agencies, and internal teams to produce high-quality content that drives brand recall
Campaign Conceptualisation & Creative Execution
- Lead campaign ideation, scripting, and storyboarding
- Own end-to-end development of brand films, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Manage and collaborate with creative agencies, production houses, and creators
- Ensure campaigns deliver strong storytelling, memorability, and shareability
Digital PR & Earned Media
- Conceptualize PR-worthy ideas, brand moments, and cultural conversations
- Drive earned media visibility and organic brand amplification
- Partner with PR agencies and creators to generate high-impact coverage and social conversation
- Build narratives that make EPIK a talked-about brand in the consumer tech and commerce space
Brand Metrics & Insights
- Track key brand metrics such as brand awareness, consideration, recall, share of voice, and branded search growth
- Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Lead brand tracking, post-campaign analysis, and learning loops
- Use consumer insights and data to continuously refine brand and content strategy
Experiential & BTL Activations
- Conceptualize and execute on-ground and experiential brand activations
- Ensure activations create memorable consumer experiences and strong social spillover
- Integrate on-ground moments with content creation and digital amplification

- Someone with experience building content-led brands in D2C or e-commerce
- A creative thinker who can turn insights into campaigns and narratives
- Comfortable balancing creative intuition with performance and data
- Able to operate in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing
- Experience working in D2C brands, e-commerce companies, consumer tech startups, or advertising agencies
- Proven experience leading brand campaigns, films, and content initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer insights
- Experience managing creative agencies, production houses, and PR partners
- Familiarity with brand tracking metrics such as awareness, consideration, recall, and share of voice
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
