About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Content Lead to build and scale the content and brand identity across our consumer brands — Domestica, Drogo, Baybee, and Dailora.
This role sits at the intersection of:
* Brand building
* Content strategy
* Performance marketing
You will not just manage social media — you will own how our brands look, feel, and convert.
Experience: 2–5 years experience in D2C brands / consumer products / content-led businesses
Key Responsibilities to Own:
1. Brand Identity & Visual Direction
- Define and maintain: * Color systems, typography, and design language, * Tone of voice and messaging,
- Ensure consistency across: * Social media, * Amazon listings, * Website, * Packaging
2. Content Strategy (Core Responsibility)
- Build a high-converting content engine across platforms: * Instagram, * YouTube Shorts
- Plan content across key buckets: * Problem → solution, * Product demos, * Before/after transformations, * Testimonials & trust signals, * Lifestyle positioning
3. Content Production & Execution
- Plan and oversee creation of: * Reels, short videos, static creatives,
- Work with: * Video editors, * Designers, * Influencers, * Ensure speed + quality of output
4. Performance-Driven Content
- Create content that can be used for: * Meta Ads, * Amazon product pages, * Website conversions
- Continuously improve content based on: * CTR, * Conversion rates, * Engagement quality
5. Influencer Content Direction
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team
- Guide creators on: * Scripts, * Hooks, * Messaging,
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand and converts
6. Content Library & Scaling
- Build a repository of reusable: * Videos, * Creatives
- Identify winning formats and scale them
KPIs:
- Quality and consistency of brand identity
- Number of high-performing content assets created
- Improvement in: * Conversion rates, * Ad performance (CTR, ROAS), * Volume of usable UGC and ad creatives, * Speed of content production
Must Have: Strong sense of: * Design, * Aesthetics, * Consumer psychology
Deep understanding of: * Instagram Reels, * Short-form video trends, * What makes content convert
NOTE: WILLING TO WORK FOR 6 DAYS IN A WEEK
