Role Overview – Brand Communications Specialist
As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Founders’ Office Team, working directly with AlmaShines’ leadership to build the authority and visibility of AlmaShines in the market.
This role is designed for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in brand communications, content, or marketing (preferably B2B), who are passionate about storytelling, thought leadership, and brand positioning.
Your mandate will go beyond just communication. You will be responsible for curating campaigns and initiatives that:
- Strengthen AlmaShines’ authority in the market,
- Recognize and celebrate customer impact, and
- Engage untapped audience segments to fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Build Market Authority
- Develop campaigns, reports, and narratives that establish AlmaShines as the go-to voice in community and alumni management.
- Work with the Founders’ Office to amplify leadership perspectives in the ecosystem through content, PR, and thought-leadership platforms.
2) Brand Voice & Storytelling
- Shape AlmaShines’ voice and ensure consistent brand persona across all communications.
- Translate impact data, customer success, and product innovation into powerful stories that enhance credibility.
3) Thought Leadership Development
- Contribute to articles, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry conversations that showcase AlmaShines’ expertise and innovation.
- Identify opportunities where AlmaShines’ presence can influence and lead industry narratives.
4) Customer Celebration Campaigns
- Curate campaigns that highlight and recognize the impact created by AlmaShines’ customers, reinforcing our role as an enabler.
5) Market Engagement
- Create communication strategies and initiatives to engage market segments not yet active through our channels.
- Experiment with new formats to expand AlmaShines’ visibility and reach.
6) Strategic Communications Support
- Work closely with the Founders’ Office on key external communications, product launches, stakeholder updates, partnerships, milestones, achievements, and industry showcases.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal if you are early in your career but ambitious about shaping the voice and authority of a market leader. You might be a fit if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in brand communications, content, or marketing (B2B exposure preferred).
- Proficiency in Storytelling: Strong writing skills and ability to frame narratives that resonate.
- Authority-Building Mindset: Experience (or strong interest) in campaigns, reports, or thought leadership that drive credibility and influence.
- Content Creation Skills: Comfort with creating blogs, reports, social media campaigns, and customer stories.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to link communications to broader business positioning.
- Collaboration Skills: Comfort working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Pro activity & Ownership: A drive to experiment, measure, and scale communication initiatives.
Compensation (CTC):
Annual CTC: INR 6,30,000 – 8,40,000 LPA
- Fixed Pay: INR 5,40,000/Year to 7,20,000/Year
- Variable Pay: INR 90,000/Year to INR 1,20,000/Year
This will be based on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role. We believe in fair, performance-driven compensation and ensure clarity from the start to make the hiring process transparent for both parties.
