Job Title: Brand Communicator
Role Summary
The Brand Communicator is responsible for engaging with customers, promoting the brand, handling online orders, and driving sales. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Engagement
• Interact with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Sales & Order Conversion
• Actively promote products/services to generate sales
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals
3. Online Order Management
• Handle end-to-end order processing (taking orders, confirming, tracking)
• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for timely delivery
• Resolve customer issues related to orders
4. Brand Building & Awareness
• Communicate brand values clearly to customers
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging
• Educate customers about products, offers, and brand story
5. Database Management
• Maintain and update customer database (leads, buyers, repeat customers)
• Track customer preferences and buying patterns
• Use data to improve sales and marketing strategies
6. Digital Presence Support
• Assist in managing social media interactions (comments, DMs)
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
