Arham Recycling Pvt. Ltd. is a second-generation, family-led business with over 35 years of experience in metals and recycling.
We operate advanced non-ferrous processing facilities and work across stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, and allied metals at scale.
As we grow, our focus is to build Arham into a recognised and respected industrial brand, not just a trading or processing company.
The RoleWe are looking for someone who can own and build the external presence of the company end-to-end.
This role goes beyond marketing.
It sits at the intersection of:
- Brand building
- Communication

You will act as the voice of the company externally.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Digital Presence- Build and manage Arham’s website, LinkedIn, and digital presence
- Develop a consistent brand narrative and positioning
- Create structured, high-quality content around:
- Operations and processes
- Industry insights and trends
- Market intelligence
- Sustainability and scale
2. Communication & Engagement- Create all external communication:
- Supplier outreach
- Customer communication
- Business introductions
- Ensure consistent and professional dialogue with stakeholders
- Strengthen long-term engagement with:
- Suppliers
- Customers
- Industry participants
3. Vendor & Execution Management- Coordinate with and manage:
- Website developers
- Designers
- Content creators
- Agencies
- Ensure timely execution and quality control across all brand assets
4. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Scouting- Track industry trends, keywords, and emerging opportunities
- Identify potential new business verticals or positioning angles
- Support leadership with insights that can translate into growth
5. Public Presence & Visibility- Build visibility beyond direct customers through:
- LinkedIn and professional platforms
- Industry forums and discussions
- Strategic collaborations
- Position Arham as a credible and visible player in the ecosystem
Who This Role Is For- Someone who can think like an owner, not an executor
- Strong in communication, structuring, and clarity of thought
- Understands how to build trust and credibility in B2B / industrial sectors
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Able to independently drive initiatives end-to-end
