Role Overview
The Brand Communication Strategist is responsible for developing, planning, and executing integrated communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, shape public perception, and drive audience engagement across platforms. This role ensures that all internal and external communications are aligned with the brand’s vision, tone, and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine the brand’s communication framework and messaging architecture.
- Define brand voice, tone, and narrative guidelines across platforms.
- Ensure consistency in communication across all digital platforms
- Translate leadership vision into structured communication narratives.
2. Content & Messaging Strategy
- Create high-impact messaging for campaigns, announcements, thought leadership, and brand initiatives.
- Identify key themes, content buckets, and storytelling formats aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with creative, social media, and production teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop communication calendars in sync with brand priorities.
3. Platform-Specific Communication Planning
- Strategize differentiated messaging for platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize communication formats (threads, reels, long-form, etc.) based on platform behavior.
- Ensure maximum reach, engagement, and perception management.
4. Reputation & Perception Management
- Monitor public sentiment and emerging narratives.
- Proactively build communication strategies to strengthen brand credibility.
- Support crisis communication planning and response strategy when required.
5. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize integrated communication campaigns.
- Align messaging across organic and paid media efforts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
6. Research & Insights
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience behavior studies.
- Use data and analytics to refine communication strategies.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly.
Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in brand strategy, corporate communication, or content strategy.
- Experience in media, political communication, or leadership branding (preferred).
