Luxury Brand Communication & Growth
I'm looking for the voice and face of Novella.
Someone who can walk into a room, hold a conversation with confidence, understand the person sitting across the table and make them believe in what we're building.
At Novella, we're not selling wedding photography. We're building a brand that aspires to be the Rolls-Royce of wedding storytelling. And I need someone who can represent that ambition.
What you'll be doing:
- Represent Novella in client meetings, industry events and brand conversations.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, luxury venues and potential brand partners.
- Pitch, negotiate and close opportunities without compromising our positioning.
- Turn our vision, work and experiences into compelling stories.
- Work directly with me on brand communication, partnerships and growth.
Who I'm looking for:
- A natural storyteller who knows when to speak and when to listen.
- Confident, empathetic and exceptionally good with people.
- Someone who understands the wedding and luxury industry.
- A strong negotiator who can communicate value rather than sell on price.
- Someone with a sense of ownership who doesn't need instructions for every decision.
One thing you should know.
This isn't a conventional 9-to-5 role. You'll be part of client conversations, events, last-minute decisions and some unpredictable days.
But you'll also have the opportunity to build a premium brand from the ground up, work directly with me and grow into a much bigger role.
I'm not looking for someone who can simply pitch Novella. I'm looking for someone who can make people want to be associated with Novella.
Mindset over CV. Always.
