About Role:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Brand Communication Associate to strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design along with the confidence to represent the brand on camera for social media content and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Design
- Design high-quality static creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Support internal communication and employer branding creatives.
On-Camera Brand Representation
- Act as a brand face for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging video content including reels, explainers, promotional videos, and announcements.
- Participate in campaign shoots and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Work closely with the content and video team for script understanding and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand communication, design, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Basic understanding of video editing tools.
- Experience in personal branding or content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel.
